I earned my Master of Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley and have over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from a wide range of backgrounds. I'm an animal and plant lover, a life-long swimmer, and an amateur chef. I believe in the healing power of food, movement, and connection!
